I love your quote by Macy Whitebook. Leadership is about making mistakes and fixing them. As teachers I think this is so important to have students understand that even teachers make mistakes. It is a valuable lesson that no one is perfect! As teachers we also take turns teaching and letting the students take on the role of a teacher.

The quote from Marcy Whitebook is wonderful. :) It is so very true, we all make mistakes. It is very important that our children know that even their teachers can make mistakes, and that doesn't lessen that person. Also, remember to encourage everyone to do their best, as we don't know when that quite leader will emerge.

Leadership comes in all forms. If we are quietly supportive and possess a servant heart as a leader they will emerge in all areas. The smallest step forward to be nurtured and grown into the influence that they were meant to be. I love leadership and all of the life long developments that come with it. Thanks for reminding us that leadership is very critical to the success of our legacies!
